The planet to a king with both being of the same name, Vegeta was the prince of all Saiyans and was next in line to rule until one fateful day when the tyrant Frieza murdered his father and took over the race before eventually, due to his fears about the Super Saiyan legend, wiping them from existence, with the handful that survived being taken on as servants this included Vegeta himself, who was working under the delusion that his homeworld had been destroyed by a meteor. For the longest time, however, the majority of the M.U.G.E.N community disliked these characters as most of them were very powerful and overly flashy, which, while accurate to the source, made them very overpowered and even glitchy when fighting other characters.
Goku Blue heroes Saiyan and destroy enemies with Ultimate Due to the wide array of sprite-based games in the series, to the point where it may have the most amount of characters to its name out of any other series, with Goku being the most commonly-made character.
